Introduction

Welcome to Japan Consulting Office (JCo). By accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before using our services.

Services

JCO provides consulting, training, and facilitation services. The scope of services will be outlined in any specific agreements entered into with clients.

Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay all fees as outlined in the respective agreement or invoice. Payments are due within the specified time frame unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellation Fees (without rescheduling)

• If cancellation is made 3 weeks or less before the seminar delivery date, a cancellation fee of 30% of the planned training fee will be charged.
• If cancellation is made 2 weeks or less before the seminar delivery date, a cancellation fee of 75% of the planned training fee will be charged.
• If cancellation is made less than 1 week before the seminar delivery date, the full training fee (100%) will be charged.

Non-Refundable Expenses

• All non-refundable expenses incurred, including but not limited to accommodations, transport, and any other related costs, will be charged to the client.
• In case of rescheduling, the cancellation fee will not be charged but non-refundable expenses will still be charged to the client.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and methodologies used in JCo services are the intellectual property of JCo unless otherwise specified. Clients are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using these materials for purposes other than those outlined in the agreement.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive business or personal information shared during the course of services. This includes, but is not limited to, proprietary processes, client data, and internal documents.

Limitation of Liability

JCo is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. We strive to ensure accuracy in all information provided, but clients are responsible for verifying its suitability for their purposes.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Belgium.

Changes to Terms

JCo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
