Non-Japanese employees working with Japanese colleagues or clients.
There is no prerequisite for attending this program; nevertheless, in order to fully take advantage of the training, we recommend that participants have at least three months of work experience in the organization before attending the program.
Working and Communicating with non-Japanese Colleagues and Clients
Designed for Japanese employees working abroad as well as staff in Japan working both face-to-face and remotely with non-Japanese colleagues, clients and partners inside and outside of Japan.

Non-Japanese specialists, managers and executives aiming to influence decision-making and lead projects within Japanese organizations.
No prerequisite for attending this program; we recommend to take the course “working and communicating with Japanese colleagues” first.
Managing non-Japanese staff (advanced workshop for Japanese managers)
Managing staff from a different cultural background effectively is a continual challenge. This management training course is specifically tailored to Japanese managers and delivered in Japanese.
What participants will learn
Enhance managerial and leadership skills to improve team motivation and retention
Master communication techniques for clear instructions and feedback delivery
Implement effective performance management strategies, including SMART goal setting and appraisals

Who is it for

Prior attendance to the course “Working & Communicating Effectively with Non-Japanese Colleagues” is recommended but not mandatory.
