Overview

This program, delivered in Japanese, has been created to enhance collaboration with non-Japanese and boost performance of Japanese staff by better understanding other business cultures.

This highly interactive and practical programme includes self assessments, case studies and sub-group discussions.

In case of expatriate training, special emphasis is put on the culture and customs of the country where the participants are based.

Who is it for

Designed for Japanese employees working abroad as well as staff in Japan working with non-Japanese colleagues, clients and partners inside and outside of Japan, both face-to-face and remotely.

There is no prerequisite for attending this program.
