Shaping the future in a Japanese Organization (Advanced)
Overview
This advanced workshop is designed to provide participants with the necessary tools to become the force of change within their Japanese organizations.
Participants will learn about current trends in corporate Japan, assess their organizations, and learn effective methods for sharing information, presenting to Japanese management, influencing and/or being part of their decision-making processes.
Using a pre-course questionnaire, the content will be tailored to the needs of each participant.
Who is it for
Non-Japanese specialists, managers and executives aiming to influence decision-making and lead projects within Japanese organizations.
No prerequisite for attending this program; we recommend to take the course “working and communicating with Japanese colleagues” first.
